Step 1: Login the Google Cloud Platform and click the menu icon on the left-top corner in the dashboard;
Step 2: Click "APIs & Services" from the left navigation menu;
Step 3: Click "Enable APIs and Services" on the top of the page;
Step 4: Type "cloud dns" in the search box;
Step 5: Click the "ENABLE" button to enable APIs and Services.
