Sint Eustatius Flag Day is a public holiday on the island of Sint Eustatius, and it is observed on November 16 each year.
Sint Eustatius, also known as Statia, is one of the special municipalities of the Netherlands in the Caribbean Sea. Sint Eustatius was formerly part of the Netherlands Antilles and became a special municipality after the Netherlands Antilles ended in 2010. It is one of the three islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba, known as the Caribbean Netherlands.
The Caribbean Netherlands does not have a common flag for the three islands, and they use the flag of the Netherlands. However, each island also has its flag. The flag of Sint Eustatius was adopted on November 16, 2004.
The flag has a diamond-form white field in the center, which divides the flag into four five-sided blue polygons. There are a green hill and a golden star in the center of the diamond field.
