Republic Implantation, also known as the October 5, 1910 revolution, is a public holiday in Portugal, and it is observed on October 5 each year.

Republic Implantation commemorates the proclamation of the Republic in Portugal on October 5, 1910. The Kingdom of Portugal was in deep crisis in 1910, which led to widespread resentment against the continuity of rule by the Monarchy.

The Portuguese Republican Party presented the capacity to recover the country's lost status and proclaimed the Republic after a reluctance of the military rebellion.
