Remembrance Day in Canada is a public holiday in most provinces and territories, observed on November 11.

Remembrance Day is a holiday to honor those who fought for Canada in World War I, II, Korean War and those who have served since then. Many people wear poppies to commemorate military personnel who have served.

Ceremonies are held in towns and cities across the country, while the National War Memorial is held in Ottawa, the capital of Canada.
