When working with Excel spreadsheet, you often need to insert an empty row for new data entry. Please follow the steps below for details:

Step 1: Click any cell in the row below the new row you want to insert;

Step 2: Right-click, and select "Insert" from the list in the dialog box;

Step 3: In the "Insert" dialog box, click "Entire row";

Step 4: Click "OK" at the bottom.

Alternatively, please use the commands in the ribbon:
