When working with Excel and inserting a row or rows, the Insert Button may appear when the formatting between the insert point is different. Please follow the steps below to insert a row with formatting same as below (check here to see how to show Insert Option Button):

Step 1: Click any cell or row between rows that have different formatting;

Step 2: Right-click and select "Insert" from the dialog box;

Step 3: Select "Entire row" in the "Insert" dialog box;

Step 4: Click "Insert Options" button, select "Format Same As Below".

Alternatively, please use the commands from the ribbon.

Step 1: Click the "Home" tab from the ribbon;

Step 2: Click "Insert", and select "Insert Sheet Rows" from the drop-down list;
