Please follow the steps below to clear the contents only in a data range:
Step 1: Select the data range (or the whole worksheet) where you want to clear;
Step 2: Click the "Home" tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Clear" in "Editing" section, and select "Clear Contents" from the drop-down list;
Alternatively, right click and select "Clear Contents" from the list.
Step 4: All contents except comments are removed.
