Step 1: Select the data range (or the whole worksheet) where you want to clear;
Step 2: Click the "Home" tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Clear" in the "Editing" section and select "Clear Comments and Notes" from the drop-down list;
Alternatively, right click and select "Delete Comment" from the list.
Step 4: All comments are removed.
