Currency can be changed to a different currency symbol. Please follow the steps below to change the dollar sign to another symbol, e.g., Chinese Yuan (¥).

Step 1: Select cells or the data range with a dollar sign;

Step 2: Right click, from the list, click "Format Cells";

Step 3: Click "Currency" from the left navigation, then select Chinese Yuan(¥) from the symbol list;

Step 4: Click "OK" at the bottom.
