Snagit is a screen capture software that captures video and images display. If you have the software Snagit 2019, you can add a border to the picture easily. Please follow the steps below to add the picture a border.
Step 1: Screen capture any picture;
Step 2: Click "Border" from the Ribbon (Snagit official website www.techsmith.com);
If you cannot find the "Border" command, please click "More" to find from the drop-down list.
Step 3: On the right pane, click "Color" and select a color from the drop-down menu;
Step 4: Adjust the width of the border, e.g., 1px, then click "Apply";
Step 5: Now the picture has a border (Snagit official website www.techsmith.com).
