When inserting a watermark to a word file, the watermark by default has two different angles: horizontal and diagonal. If you want to have a different angle, please see the steps below:

Step 1: Double click the header of the file and move the cursor in the header;

Step 2: Move the cursor on top of the watermark, and click on it when the cursor turns into a black cross;

Step 3: A couple of dots appear around the watermark (please move to a different page if there is nothing occur when clicking).

Move the cursor on the green dot and change the angle of the watermark by slowly dragging the green dot.

Alternatively, please follow the steps below to turn the watermark to an exact angle you want.

Repeat step 1 and 2 and in Step 3 above, instead of dragging the green dot slowly, you need to double-click on it. The "Format" tab will appear in the ribbon when you double-click on the green dot.

Step 4: In the "Format" tab, click "Rotate" and click "More rotation options" from the drop-down list;

Step 5: Under the "Size" tab in the new dialog box, type the degree you want to rotate to (e.g., 351) and click "OK" to finish.
