The advantage of hiding a row instead of deleting a row is that you can always bring it back when you need it. Please refer to Ctrl+9 if like using shortcut to hide adjacent rows or follow the steps below for details:

Step 1: Select the rows you want to hide by clicking their headers; if there are many rows, please select the first row, hold "Shift" key, then click the last row;

Step 2: Right-click and select "Hide" from the dialog box.

Step 3: The selected rows will hide.

Alternatively, please use the commands in the ribbon:
