How to Wrap a Watermark in Word

The watermark in a word file is very short in general. It contains one or two words to remind the most important thing that needs special attention. However, you can create a watermark with as many words you want. In case you have a very long watermark and you want to wrap it, please see the steps below:

Step 1: Double click the header of the word file and move the cursor in the header;

If not yet have your watermark in the word file, please refer to how to insert a watermark;

Step 2: Hover on the watermark and click on it when the cursor turns into a black cross;

Step 3: Now moving points appear around the watermark:

– The green dot is to change the angle;
– The gray dots are to change the size; and
– The yellow dot is to change the italic degree.

Step 4: Double-click on any one of the dots and the "Format" tab will display in the ribbon;

Step 5: In the "Format" tab, click "Edit Text";

Step 6: In the new dialog box, type the new watermark text, choose the font, the size of the watermark, and move the cursor to the place where you want to wrap, then press "Enter" from the keyboard to make it into two rows;

Step 7: Click "OK" at the bottom and the watermark in the word file turns into two rows. You can make it in multiple rows if your watermark is very long.
