In "Format Cells" window, the custom order for numbers is a positive number, negative number, zero and text. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select the data range;
Step 2: Right click to bring up the dialog box, from the list click "Format Cells";
Step 3: In the "Format Cells" window, click "Custom" from the left navigation, then write "[Blue]#,##0.00;[Red]#,##0.00;[Yellow]#,##0.00;[Green]General" in the dialog box. The purpose is to have positive number in blue, negative number in red, zero in yellow and text in green;
Step 4: Click "OK" at the bottom.
