If you have some words or paragraphs that you would like to translate into another language, please follow the steps below for details:
Step 1: Select the contents that you want to translate, and click the "Review" tab from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Translate" and select "Translate Selection" from the drop-down list;
Step 3: If you are working with Word 2016 or earlier versions, you might get a warning message to ask you to proceed or not and click "Yes" to proceed;
Step 4: If you are working with Word 2019 or later versions, you will get a new dialog panel on the right of your file. Select the language you want to translate to in the bottom box.
