Shab-e-Qadr

Shab-e-Qadr, also known as Laylatul Qadr, is the night the Quran was first sent down from Heaven to the world.

As per the Islamic calendar, Shab-e-Qadr falls on one of the odd-numbered nights of the last ten days of Ramadan, the 9^th month of the Islamic calendar.

The odd-numbered nights of the last ten days of Ramadan are 21, 23, 25, 27, and 29, and the 27th of Ramadan is most widely observed by Muslims worldwide.
