It is convenient to track your changes while you are working a word document with others. However, if you do not want other people to change anymore, you can lock the changes you make with the steps below:
Step 1: Click the "Review" tab from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Lock Tracking" to turn off the track changes;
Step 3: Type a password for locking in the new window and confirm that password;
Step 4: You will find the "Accept" and "Reject" commands are grey out, so no cannot accept or reject the changes;
Step 5: You need to repeat the above steps to unlock the tracking to be able to make accept or reject changes.
