International Workers' Day (Vietnam)

International Workers' Day, also known as Labour Day, is a public holiday in Vietnam, and it is observed on May 1 each year.

International Workers' Day is a holiday to celebrate the achievements of workers. International Workers' Day has it origins in the eight-hour day movement, which is eight hours for work, eight hours for recreation and eight hours for rest. In most countries, International Workers' Day is observed on May 1 each year to collectively demonstrate and recognize the efforts of the past labour movements.
