How to Wrap Text in Excel

Contents in an Excel cell sometimes are long and cannot display all when the next cell has contents. Wrapping contents will allow contents to fit the cell. Please follow the steps below to wrap the text:

Step 1: Select the cell or area you need to wrap;

Step 2: Click the "Home" Tab from Ribbon;

Step 3: Click the command "Wrap Text" in the "Alignment" section;

Step 4: You will find the contents now are in multiple lines in the cells;

Step 5: If you previously fixed the height of the rows, only part of the contents will display in the cell;

Step 6: To display all the contents in the cells, please move the cursor to the row headers area, and click when the cursor becomes a black cross.
