Please follow the steps below to create a hierarchy chart:
Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet;
Step 2: Click the "Insert" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "SmartArt" in Illustrations section;
In Excel 2019, you need to click "Illustrations" first, then "Shapes".
Step 4: Click "Hierarchy" from left navigation, then select a process chart from "Choose a SmartArt Graphic" window;
Step 5: In the SmartArt Graphic, type the text to finish the process chart.
