Please follow steps below to grab a picture by using "Screen Clipping" tool.
Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet;
Step 2: Click the "Insert" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Screenshot" in the Illustrations section;
In Excel 2019, you need to click "Illustrations" first, then "Screenshot".
Step 4: Click "Screen Clipping" at the bottom;
Step 5: Select the portion from the screen you want. The picture of the portion you selected will insert into the Excel worksheet.
