Flash Fill automatically fills the cells with the existing data pattern. Please follow the steps below to use flash fill to separate data:
Step 1: Type data in the first cell;
Step 2: Type data with the same rule in the second cell;
Step 3: Press "Enter" key to have all the data.
Alternatively, please use the commands in the ribbon.
Step 1: Type data in the first cell;
Step 2: Click the "Home" tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Fill" in Editing section, and select "Flash Fill" from the drop-down list.
