Using conditional formatting, you can present values in the cells with char bars. Please follow the steps below for details:
Step 1: Select the data range;
Step 2: Click the "Home" tab from the Ribbon;
Step 3: Click the "Conditional Formatting" command in the "Styles" section;
Step 4: Click the "Data Bars" command from the drop-down list;
Step 5: In the extended list, select "Gradient Fill" or "Solid Fill";

Step 6: You can set up more rules, for example, please see the steps below to keep the bars only;
1. Click "More rules" in the "Data Bars" list;
2. Check "Show Bar Only" in the new window and select the fill color.
3. The bar will keep but the values in the cells disappear.
