How to Use Autocomplete to Enter Data

When you enter the same record in a column, it is easy to use autocomplete function. Please follow the steps below to use autocomplete to finish data entry:

Step 1: Type the beginning part of the data entry, and you will see the suggested data entry if you have entered a record with the same starting letters;

Step 2: If the suggested entry is the one you want, press "Tab" or "Enter" key to complete the data entry. If you did not format the data range, you will find the different formatting in the cell;

Step 3: To have the same formatting, please have the same formatting before the data entry (e.g., column A);

Step 4: You will see the new data entry has the same formatting.
