How to Show or Hide Grand Totals in Pivot Table

The grand totals in Pivot Table are the sum of the rows or columns. By default, the pivot table comes with both grant totals. Please see the steps below to show or hide grand totals:

Step 1: Click any cell in the Pivot Table;

Step 2: Click "Design" Tab from the Ribbon;

Step 3: Click "Grand Totals", then select one of the 4 options;

– Click "Off for Rows and Columns", the grand totals will be off;

– Click "On for Rows and Columns", the grand totals will be on;

– Click "Only for Rows", only row totals will stay;

– Click "Only for Columns", only column totals will stay.
