When the item has no data in Pivot Table, the cells will display as blank cells. However, you can change the blank cells to zero, please see the steps below:
Step 1: Right-click any cell within the Pivot Table;
Step 2: Click "PivotTable Options" from the list;
Step 3: Enter 0 in the box after "For empty cells show";
Step 4: Click "OK" at the bottom.
