How to Setup the Default View for a New Worksheet

Excel worksheet has 3 different views which can switch from one to another. In default, when you open a new worksheet, Excel comes with a normal view, but you can always change to one of the other two views. If you typically use one view, you can change the default to your preferred view (e.g., Page Break Preview or Page Layout View). Please see below for details:

Step 1: Click the "File" Tab from the ribbon;

Step 2: Click "Options" from the left navigation menu;

Step 3: Click "General" from the left navigation menu;

Step 4: Select one of the view types from the drop-down list "Default view for new sheets" under the section of "When creating new workbooks";

Step 5: Click "OK" at the bottom.
