How to Send Emails as Attachments in Outlook

When you receive an email, you can reply to the sender or forward the message to another person. You can also send the message as an attachment. Please follow the steps below for details:

Part I: When you have only one email as attachment:

Step 1: Select the message by clicking the message title;

Step 2: In the "Home" tab from the ribbon;

Step 3: Click "Forward as Attachment" in the "Respond" section;

Step 4: The message will be attached in the new message;

Part II: When you have multiple emails as attachments:

The easy way is to open the new email in a separate window and drag the messages to the new email one by one.

Alternatively, please use the traditional methods and attach the message one by one with the steps below:

Step 1: You can attach the first with the steps above or in the new email, click the "Message" Tab from the ribbon;

Step 2: Click "Attach Items", then select "Outlook Item" from the drop-down list;

Step 3: In the "Insert Item" window, select the email from the list and click "OK" on the top. The email will be attached to the new email;

Step 4: Repeat step 1 to step 3 to attach more messages to the new email.
