When printing selected contents from worksheet, you do not need to copy to a new worksheet and print. You can use the Excel settings to directly print selected contents following steps below:
Step 1: Select the print section in the worksheet, and click File from Ribbon;
Step 2: Click Print to open print window;
Step 3: In the setting section, click Print Active Sheets, and you will see three options from the drop-down list:
– Print Active Sheets: only print the current worksheet;
– Print Entire Workbook: all worksheets in the workbook will be printed;
– Print Selection: only print the section you selected.
Step 4: Select Print Selection, you will see the print preview changed to only the selection portion;
Step 5: Click "Print" button to print your work.
