Minimize│Maximize│Restore Down│Close a Workbook
1. Minimize an File
Click the minimize sign on the top right, the workbook will be minimized.
2. Maximize an File
To restore an Excel file to full screen, click the "maximize" sign on the top right, the workbook will be maximized.
3. Restore Down an File
When the Excel file is full screen, click the Restore Down sign on the top right, the workbook will shrink to the non-full screen size.
4. Close an File
To close an Excel file, click the "X" sign on the top right, the workbook will be closed.
