When changing the Pivot Table layout from Compact Format to Outline Form and Tabular Form, you will notice the items are not repeated. To repeat item labels, please follow steps below:
Step 1: Click any cell within the Pivot Table;
Step 2: Click "Design" Tab from the Ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Report Layout" in the Layout section;
Step 4: Click "Repeat All Item Labels" from the drop-down list;
Step 5: The Pivot table will have all items repeated.
Alternatively, right-click the item column and select "Field Settings" from the list;
In the Layout & Print tab, check the "Repeat item labels".
