When working with Excel, you may often need to insert cells. Please follow the steps below to insert cells and shift other cells down:
Step 1: Click the cell or cells where you want to insert;
Step 2: Right-click and select "Insert" from the dialog box.
Alternatively, please use the commands in the ribbon.
Step 1: Click the "Home" tab from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "Insert", and select "Insert Cells" from the drop-down list;
Step 3: In the "Insert" dialog box, click "Shift cells down";
Step 4: Click "OK" at the bottom.
