To insert an online picture into Excel worksheet, you can copy the online picture and paste it in the worksheet, or please follow steps below to insert the picture.
Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet you want to insert a picture;
Step 2: Click the "Insert" Tab from the ribbon;
Step 3: Click "Online Pictures" in Illustrations section;
In Excel 2019, you need to click "Illustrations" first, then "Online Pictures".
Step 4: In the "Insert Pictures" window, type text in the search text;
Step 5: Select an image and click "Insert" at the bottom.
