If you have a file that has a different format such as Access, Web and Text, you can use Excel to open them. Please see below how to open a Text file:
Step 1: Click the Data Tab from the ribbon;
Step 2: Click "From Text/CSV" in the "Get & Transform Data" section;
Step 3: Browse and select the file on your computer;
Step 4: Click "Transform Data" in the new window;
Step 5: Click "Close & Load" in the data model;
Step 6: The text data will appear in the Excel.
