Using conditional formatting, you can quickly highlight all the cells that contain a certain text string. Please follow the steps below for steps:

Step 1: Select the data range;

Step 2: Click the "Home" tab from the Ribbon;

Step 3: Click the "Conditional Formatting" command in the "Styles" section;

Step 4: Click the "Highlight Cells Rules" command from the drop-down list, then select "Text that contains" from the extended list;

Step 5: Type in the text string (e.., li) in the first box, and format the cell and font color in the second box;

Step 6: Click "OK" at the bottom and the cells that contain the string will be in a different color.

If you want to have different colors for different contents, please repeat the steps above, and change the "content" in step 5 for the second value, and select the highlight color.
