How to Hide Columns that are not Adjacent in Excel

Please refer to Ctrl+0 if you like using shortcut to hide columns or follow the steps below to hide columns that are not adjacent:

Step 1: While holding "Ctrl" key, select the columns that you want to hide by clicking their headers;

Step 2: Right-click on one of the column headers and select "Hide" from the dialog box.

Alternatively, please use the commands in the Ribbon:

Step 1: Holding "Ctrl" key, select the columns that you want to hide by clicking their headers;

Step 2: Click the "Home" tab from the ribbon;

Step 3: Click "Format" in Cells section, and select "Hide Columns" from the "Hide & Unhide" command;

Step 4: The selected columns will disappear.
