How to Delay an Email to Send out in Outlook

If you have prepared an email but you do not want to send it out right away, you can specify a date and time to delay the time to send out. Please check below for details:

Step 1: Click "New Email" to create an email;

Step 2: In the "New Email" window, click "Options" tab and then check "Delay Delivery";

Step 3: In the "Properties" window, check "Do not deliver before", and click the small triangle in the "Delivery options" section, and select a date from the drop-down calendar;

Step 4: Select a time from the drop-down list (or type the time in) in the time box, then click "Close" at the bottom;

Step 5: Click "Send" in the new email.
