How to Change Excel Color Scheme

The default color scheme of Microsoft Excel 2016 is "colorful", but you can change to other colors: Dark Gray, Black or White. Please note that the changed color scheme will affect all the Excel surrounding areas: Ribbon, Formula bar, bottom, etc. The color skin of the other Microsoft products such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. will also change. Step 1: Click the "File" Tab from the ribbon;

Step 2: Click "Options" from the left navigation menu;

Step 3: Click "General" from the left navigation menu in the dialog box;

Step 4: Select a color from the drop-down list of "Color scheme";

Step 5: Click "OK" at the bottom.
