Full Moon of Tabaung, also known as Makha Bucha Day in Laos and Thailand, celebrates when Buddha's 1,250 disciples spontaneously gathered to listen to his teachings. The Full Moon of Tabaung is a day for people to make merits by doing only good things and not committing any sins.
