How to Automatically Forward Gmail Messages to Another Account

If you have multiple email accounts, you can forward the messages from one account to another amount. This makes your work easier because you can check all the messages in one account. Please see below for details:

Step 1: Login your Gmail account (please refer here to open one if you do not have an account yet);

Step 2: In the Gmail account, click the "Setting" button from the right-top corner;

Step 3: Click the "Settings" command from the drop-down list;

Step 4: Click the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab in the settings menu and click "Add a forwarding account";

Step 5: Type the email address you want to forward to in the box and click "Next";

Step 6: Click the "Proceed" button to confirm in the next window;

Step 7: A message appears to notice the verification code, click "OK" to proceed;

Step 8: Login the email address you forward to and get the verification code, copy it to the box to verify;

Step 9: You also need to decide how you deal with the messages in the current email address, the default option is to "keep Gmail's copy in the box";

Step 10: If you do not want forward all the messages, you can create a filter to forward some of your messages;

Step 11: Type the keywords or the email address and click "Create filter";

Step 12: In the next window, select "Forward it to" from the list and choose the email address.
