- To find and replace the line breaks
Step 1: Select the cells in Excel and bring up the "Find and Replace" dialog box using shortcuts "Ctrl+F", "Ctrl+H", or the commands from the Ribbon: Home >> Find & Select >>Find;
Step 2: In the "Find what" box, type "Ctrl+J", and type space or anything in the "Replace with" box, and click "Replace All" button.
