The shortcut F9 is to calculate all worksheets in all open workbooks in manual calculation model. Please see how to set Calculation Option to Manual.
The purpose of this post is to demo how F9 works. You might just press the shortcut "F9" in your work.
Step 1: Click the cell, e.g., Cell B3;
Step 2: Change the value in the cell from 4 to 6;
Step 3: Press the "F9" key and you will have the results.
