When working with the word document, there will be wavy red lines for typos, which is good to remind you but may distract you sometimes. To avoid that distraction, you can turn spell check off. Please see below for details:
Step 1: Click the "File" tab from ribbon;
Step 2: Choose "Options" from the menu on the left;
Step 3: Click "Proofing" from the navigation bar, move down and select the box "Check spelling as you type";
Step 4: Click "OK" at the bottom.
