Ctrl+Shift+Right Arrow: Extend to Last Nonblank Cell in a Row

The shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Right Arrow is to extend the selection to the last nonblank cell in the same row, or if the next cell is blank, to the next nonblank cell.

1. Extend the selection to the first nonblank cell in the same row: When the cursor is on the left of the data range, the shortcut will select the cells to the first nonblank cell in the worksheet.

Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet, e.g., cell A5;

Step 2: Press and hold the "Ctrl" key and the "Shift" key, then press the "Right Arrow" key.

2. Extend the selection to the next nonblank cell: When the cursor is in the data range, the shortcut will select to the right edge of the data range.

Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet, e.g., cell C5;

Step 2: Press and hold the "Ctrl" key and the "Shift" key, then press the "Right Arrow" key.
