The shortcut Ctrl+Shift+8 is to select the current range around the active cell. Please also refer to Ctrl+Shift+Asterisk (*).
Step 1: Select any cell in the worksheet;
Step 2: Press and hold the "Ctrl" and "Shift" keys, then press number 8 in the alphanumeric area.
