Ctrl+Shift+ "(Straight Quotation Mark) will copy the value from the cell above into the active cell.
Step 1: Click any cell in the worksheet;
Step 2: Press and hold the Ctrl and Shift keys, then press the Straight Quotation Mark ("). The content in the cell above will copy to the current cell.
