The shortcut Ctrl+F8 is to perform the size command when a workbook is not maximized. Please follow the steps below to re-size the workbook.
Step 1: Press the shortcut "Ctrl+F8";
Step 2: Move Arrow keys to change the workbook size;
Step 3: Press Enter or Esc to cancel the command.
