The shortcut Ctrl+F2 is to display the print preview area on the Print tab, please also refer to Ctrl+P.
Step 1: Click anywhere in the worksheet;
Step 2: Click and hold the Ctrl key, then press the F2 key from the keyboard. This is to display the Print view.
