The shortcut Ctrl+Alt+V is to paste content by using the Paste Special dialog box.
Step 1: Copy the content or data range;
Step 2: Click the place where you want to paste to. Press and hold the Ctrl and Alt keys, and press the letter V. The paste special window will appear.
