How to Change Line Space in Word

The line space is the space between lines in a word file. In the new Word versions, the line space is set to 1.08 lines by default. However, you can change to a different line space. Please see the steps below:

Step 1: Select the contents that you need to change the line spaces, or select the whole document with the shortcut "Ctrl+A";

Step 2: Right-click and select "Paragraph" from the dialog box;

Step 3: Change the "Line spacing" in the "Spacing" section to change the line space;

Step 4: Click "OK" to finish. Please refer to how to change space between paragraphs if you need to change the paragraph space.
